Right call or mistake?

So I posted before (deleted again)
about my Vintage Silk Kimono Jacked which I spilled black tea on.
The seller told me to only hand wash it with cold water but best not wash with water at all.
I now gave it to a dry cleaner who also said: "I would never clean this with whater, it would mess up the silk"
Now I'm wondering if I made the right call or if I should've just spot cleaned it with cold water.
I added some pics so you can see some of the stains.
most visible stain is in the 2nd picture on the left.

How to wash my "Kimono"

Hello I just bought a Kimono Jacked made out of Vintage Silk Kimonos, I belive it's made out of two Kiminos, a black one on the outside and a yellow on the inside. I had it in a bag and my dumbass fell asleep with a black tea in my hand (without sugar or cream, thank god) and it spilled all over my bags and the kimono jacked got soaked in it. Now I'm wondering how I should clean it properly without ruining it. The Person who made and sold it to me said cold water hand wash only but if possible don't wash it at all i guess I don't think i have to wash the whole thing because most of it is black but tbe most wet parts/stains are on the yellow part 🥲 what would be the best way to clean those stains? Thank you in advance
