Sleep deprived

FTM to 12 w/o baby. I EBF and at night I cosleep for his sake, as he is fighting going to sleep. This way I don’t wake him up to feed and he sleeps a lot at night. Problem is I don’t. I’m SO sleep deprived. He moves a lot and is always on the verge of waking up. I get to sleep 4 hours a day if I’m lucky, which is right after dinner while he sleeps the first stretch in his crib while my partner watches and when he wakes up he will bring him to me. This is when the misery starts and I’m losing my mind and having headaches bc of sleep deprivation.

How do you do this? How do you organise yourselves to sleep a bit more?

So I’ve recently gone from triple feeding to BF and sometimes I pump right after nursing to make sure baby has emptied the breasts so that we don’t go back to triple feeding. I can tell baby is more efficient at removing the milk from my breast, and when I pump right after there’s not a lot of- between 5 to 20ml. It’s true that before I’d pump 30mins after rather than right away… so I wonder, is this normal? Or has my supply dipped?
