DAE feel a terrible sense of loneliness. Mid 30s F, lost friendships..single parent, it creeps in every so often but especially tonight as my child is at her grandparents, not having people to talk to is a scary feeling. Just wanted to see do others get that same feeling, i find it hard to make new friends as huge trust was lost and can't help but feeling like I'm lost

It's tomorrow , less than 12 hour away

I need some major encouragement. My main issue is fear of passing out when on an empty stomach..for what ever reason that's how my body is. It doesn't cope with no food I've struggled with it for years. 1st endoscopy was 20 years ago and I fainted getting the IV! it traumatized me. Now I've to do it again tomorrow and I'm petrified I'm crying non stop! Can any one give me advice please!!!
