Lymow One Plus Customer Service???
What do we have to do to get support? My first Lymow was fantastic and never had any issues. Loved it...but a delivery driver ran over it in the driveway...so I ordered a replacement of the Lymon One Plus and was not even considering any other mowers. But this one I have an issue with. The GPS/RTK unit, whichever will not lock in. The new RTK unit is in the same place as my old one....but the numbers just keep bouncing around. I replaced the RTK unit with my old one and relinked the Lymow to it....but it is doing exactly the same thing. I contacted Lymow and they said they were going to send me a new RTK unit...not sure why if the old one is doing the same...but that has been about 4 weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything else...even after replying to the emails asking for help. Suggestions???
