I have just gotten this error today. Roblox was working fine last night. My version of windows is windows 10 pro (if the type matters) and is fully updated. My Graphics drivers have been updated with the last update in january. I do use Norton 360 but ive not had its VPN feature turned on in over a month, And I use reshade for another software. All have been working well until today.

UPDATE: Ive ran through all compatibility Versions and roblox is immediatley crashing. If i dont run any compatibility version, Roblox gets to the start menu before crashing around 10 seconds later.

FINAL UPDATE: I managed to fix it by literally restarting my pc 😭
