2020 JL Rubicon 2.0T — Does IAT Sensor 1 physically exist? JScan showing -31°F and need help identifying sensor in photo

JScan live data showing two separate IAT readings:
IAT Sensor 1: -31°F
IAT Sensor 2: 106°F
No fault codes currently.
Recently replaced upstream O2 sensor Mopar 68217019AA which resolved P1128. O2 Sensor 1 voltage still reading stuck at 4.00V and downstream fuel trim at 99.22%.
Everything else running well, fuel trims normal, closed loop achieved, zero misfires.
Two questions for anyone with a 2020 JL 2.0T:
- Does this engine actually have a physical IAT Sensor 1 or is it a calculated value from another sensor?
- Looking at the photos of my engine bay, can anyone identify what that sensor is and if that could be the IAT Sensor 1 location?
