How is it acceptable to charge for a service and not deliver?
why is it impossible to redeem rewards points currently?
I have not been able to redeem them in store or online for months. every single time I get an error. desktop, mobile, app, does not matter. I pay for PRO and can’t even use the points I accumulate?
