I need to start studying for my ATPLs, everyone has been rambling on about ATPLQ, so using that is a given. The theory itself seems to have more divided opinions, the biggest one seems to be BGS, is it worth the premium?
Which groundschool did you choose, and would you recommend it?
I've come to the point where I need to start my ATPLs, as I'm doing the modular route I have got a fair few different options on where to get the groundschool. The combination I tend to see most on here is BGS combined with ATPLQ, is it worth the price?
How have you all done your ATPLs and whats the best way to approach it?
I’m currently doing my training outside of Europe, I have asked the Dutch CAA (ILT) 3 months ago about their recognition of my training abroad. I was initially ignored as they did not have ‘the capacity to answer questions regarding ATOs’. Since then I have spoken to two other people high up in the system and they all ignored my question.
As you can probably imagine I’m pretty fed up with this now. What CAA are you all registered with and what has been your experience so far?
