Switched over from Bilt 1.0, ended up on Blue, sitting on 11.5k leftover points. Rent’s ~$4.1k, other spend is ~$2k+/month, and right now that other spend goes on 2–3% cash back cards instead of Bilt.

Trying to figure out if Obsidian or Palladium’s AF actually pays for itself at this spend level, or if Blue (just for the fee-free rent payment) + cash back elsewhere is the smarter play.

Anyone run these numbers for a similar rent/spend range? Curious what tier you landed on.
