i have been in Rwandda for a whole year and i have not found female friends. Well i know some but they are not friends. You know? Like you meet somebody , you connect. They say you will hang ut. You get excited. Then they just dissappear like that. It is always you reaching out to them. Most Rwanda female. I am female. I am not saying anything. I am just like hhmm, what is the actual problem. Its not that i cant stay alone. But once in awhile i would love to hangout. Have a girls thingyyyyy,,ykk
