Noble Fog Light V2
alright for context, when I received this From IIR, there were no instructions what so ever. I took a mechanic class in college but got an F for hitting the joints during lunch time.
I don’t know shit about wiring, trying to do a fuse scares me. Yes I’m a weeenie hot jr
When I saw IIR Video on how to install V1’s I nearly stopped and went onto another part to install. The similarities of the install stopped when the front bumper was removed, after that I looked at the parts in hand and at the video and thought I was missing more things.
No I wasn’t, I held off for some time to find a video or a reddit thread that explained the wiring. I couldn’t find much just some guy that said “do this, unplug this, then this, then that, and bam you’re done.”
My last option was chatGPT lmao, put in a picture of the wiring and the part, and behold I felt like a dumb ass.
Let a dumb ass try to explain: If you got the Noble V2 fog light bezels. As far as mods, they are the easiest to install, other than removing and adding the bezels to the front bumper it’s a breeze. You get two wirings, A Base, and a premium.
*Remove your bumper and fog light bezels*
*try bending the Noble Fog light clips upwards, I broke a few not that got bent downwards when I tried putting the new bezels onto the bumper*
*IF YOU HAVE ADAPTIVE HEADLIGHTS ONLY*
Use the wiring that says Premium.
I used the one that said “Base” since I don’t have adaptive headlights.
Remove bumper
Unplug fog lights.
3/4: driver side headlight connector should be next to windshield windshield washer fluid intake.
Passenger side: Remove Air Intake Funnell, then you’ll be able to see the headlight connector.
Unplug headlight connector, Plug the plug and play adaptors between them, the plug with the sticker is the one that plugs to the headlight.
Route your wiring, plug your fog lights, and test them until you’re satisfied
Now if you’re solo like me, good luck taking your time putting that bumper on lmao
