I used to think that surveys are the worst metric, but now I think that fcr gets the medal by far. No matter how hard I try, what advices I take from feedbacks, Im never able to reach that goddamit goal. I don't know what else to do

I already ranted about my work right here before, there is some times that I told to myself that I can handle it and there is some weeks that I was actually able to handle it, but now im think I am very drained in many ways and I can barely finish the shift nowdays, and I swear when I say that I have a supernatural power to attract the worst kind of customers and the worst kind of calls of all the floor.
Im just done, I just wanna quit atp, and either way if do not quit I will be eventually terminated due to keep failing to hit the metrics, I just can´t do it. But I am very afraid of the unemplyment.
Honestamente no sé que es peor, estar en un trabajo que te estresa y frustra de tantas maneras o tomar el paso de renunciar y lanzarme a la incertidumbre a quedarse sin ingresos fijos por quien sabe cuanto tiempo. Ese es el dilema que tengo y me estoy inclinando fuertemente por la segunda. Estoy considerando esperar al bono 14 pero creo que no podría soportar tanto a este punto.
I tought by my case is unique but im not alone on this, the systems that the clients use are as stable as the internal code of Pokemon RBY, and is the big reason why the customers are unhappy and why we have to deal with neverending b2b. But the most concerning thing is why the clients are so unwilling to make them more bearable? For sure that they're aware of this but no significant action are taken.
Perhaps I am asking too much, but honestly I that everything would feel like being in paradise comparing to working in something like telecommunications.
