Scuf Valor Pro Volume Issue
I have the mentored controller for xbox and all 3 profile colors are set up the sane but I have lost volume on 2 profiles (blue and red) anybody know why?

Why is down on the d pad switched with the b button?
As the title says. I'm on xbox. Crazy how expensive this controller is, brand new, can't even use it.
