Hello!

I am not muslim, but I am married to a muslim man. I tend to butt heads with his mother pretty often about our son and I don’t feel heard or supported by my husband. He feels like because paradise lies at the feet of his mother, he needs to choose her side/position even if it upsets me. Is this the case in all aspects? Even including topics involving our son? I disagree but I understand that I don’t know enough about Islam to say what should or shouldn’t be. I am open to all thoughts & perspectives! I just want to learn to speak to him about my feelings with facts.
