I bought a desktop overseas and after shipping it back stateside and having it in storage, it is bowing. My thought is to add 3 c-channels in 1/2” by 28” with short threaded inserts. First pic is the underside of the desk and the second shows it bowing.

My ask is if this is the best idea or is there a better way to prevent the desktop from bowing?

Any ideas would be appreciated.
