Had a situation today in the office.
Process server requested for money for fare so that he can 'continue' serving the court orders to government agencies who were impleaded in a SpecPro case.
Is this usual practice ba?
Case is slight physical injury. May na-file na ang police and it was only later that client decided to engage a private lawyer. Upon checking the complaint, parang may kulang talaga sa ginawa ng police. Wala ding witness added. Case already scheduled for arraignment & PT.
Can I file a new/amended JA Complaint?
When should I file it, before arraignment & pre-trial? Or nefore trial?
Can I also introduce a JA of Witness?
