Been seeing these around the house, the exterminator said they're earwigs but we're worried it's something worse...

Location: Charleston, SC

I have a velvet spider that is well over a year old. She (assuming she because of age) molted a couple of weeks ago. She had her old enclosure webbed up entirely, and i just moved her into a new, larger one today. I put a lot of dry branches in this one so she could move around easily (she seemed to prefer that in her old enclosure) but several hours later I've found her at the bottom of the new enclosure, barely moving 😭 when I first put her in she was moving around and exploring, so I'm not sure what happened.

Is it not advised to move adults into new enclosures? I thought it would be fine because I'm used to jumpers and Ts, but now I'm worried the shock was too much for her 😭
