What am I allowed to have in my room?
I love using candles but I'm aware I probably can't have them as it's a fire hazard. Is there an alternative? I'd wondered if they allow electric wax burners but apparently some unis don't.

Basically what the title says. Is a diagnosis worth it?
I'm already in the process of an autism diagnosis and treatment for anxiety so I'm not sure if I want to add something else right now
I don't even know if I am bipolar but I guess I've got the symptoms. It doesn't actually bother me until I get depressed so my thought is that since it doesn't affect me much there's no point
I tend to be very confident, sleeping a lot less and much more social (I'm usually pretty introverted btw) when "hypomanic"* but not often too impulsive
*In quotes because I'm obviously not 100% sure
The depression sucks but I've been okay since February so I assume it's just worse in winter. Though maybe I should do something before it gets bad again?
I guess I just want to hear your experience, how has a diagnosis helped you and what you would recommend I do?
Sorry this is so long, I'm rambling and honestly not really sure what I'm trying to achieve here 😂
