JUNE SACRAMENTO COMMUNITY CLEANUPS ARE HERE!
Sacramento deserves clean, safe, welcoming neighborhoods! Real change starts at the community level. EcoPress Sacramento is hosting 3 volunteer cleanup events across the city to help protect our streets, waterways, businesses, wildlife, and shared public spaces💚
Too often, litter and illegal dumping are treated as “normal,” but the reality is that trash impacts everyone. Waste from streets and sidewalks washes into storm drains and eventually flows into the Sacramento and American Rivers, affecting local ecosystems, wildlife, and water quality. It also impacts small businesses, neighborhood pride, walkability, and public health. These cleanups are about more than picking up trash.
