My laptop request took 13 months to complete. Is that just because they are overwhelmed with veterans?

How many jobs per week do you have to apply to in order to receive the Employment Assistance Allowance monthly payments after you graduate from college while using VR&E? I am told I need to keep a log book record of the jobs I apply to.

I requested a supply that is reasonable and authorized from VR&E in early April. Then, I graduated this May already. If they close my education program (since I graduated), and they place me in the "Employment Ready" program, will that supply from the education program still be in progress and arrive to me? Or do they cancel that supply request because I am no longer in the education program?

Do you guys know how VR&E's Retroactive Induction works? I know they will give you a certain amount of GI Bill months back. I am curious to know how they calculate that amount.

I heard somewhere that VR&E will provide a business suit to a veteran that just graduated from his VR&E education training program and is ready to start going to job interviews in order to find employment. Is that true?
