Going to be there in a couple weekends when the Sox play the Yankees 4x. Would love to know some good spots, popular or hidden, to watch w the public!
This was my first fast beyond 36 hours and… Oops… i literally couldn’t wait until 8pm (72hr) to make a normal dinner. Instead i ate a kielbasa, bowl of chex mix, snack bag of cheez its, a chunk of pecorino, and some skippy PB… my heart rate thought i was going for a run when I started eating… so i actually did go for a run as a positive punishment and now i feel like i need to barf.
Tomorrow and Friday i have dinner plans, should i restore my good progress from the last few days by going OMAD for those meals and eating as keto as possible?
