This showed up a few weeks ago as a small dot, it has grown considerably over the weeks. And it's kind of whitish skin coloured and rough to touch and it disappears into my skin my eyes are closed or the skin is stretched?

I'm 18F. This bump suddenly appeared 2-3 weeks ago. It was initially very tiny and it's very flat to touch, slightly whitish in colour, and it's not painful or itchy or anything. What could it be?
