This place had a super rich and incredibly flavorful broth. It was silky, not overly oily, and coated the springy noodles well. I saw multiple restaurant goers finish their broth and ask for a top up which baffled me until I tried drinking the broth and realized the immense flavor. I think it was mackerel and pork based, should’ve asked.
