Is Chefs Table (Dhanmondi) crowded most of the time on weekdays?

Was planning to go there with my partner for lunch. We're looking for a place that isn't too crowded, and chefs table seemed like a good option since there are many choices. Also, as far as I know, the crowd there tends to be less judgmental 😆
Any suggestions? TIA<3

Period cramps.

How do you guys genuinely handle period cramps? Not exaggerating but I literally can't handle it physically or mentally. At its worst my legs actually start to shake from the pain. Absolutely nothing relieves it. Heat pads, warm tea, and painkillers do nothing. If anyone has any advice, unconventional remedies, or just comfort, please help me out
