Today I came across a JE who happens to be our relative. While we were having a conversation about the recent JE results, he told me that being a JE, AE, or even a DMO is a headache in Arunachal. He said that every March ending, they receive messages, calls, and even visits from people asking for money, and because of that, they have to go underground during that time. Although I couldn’t ask him much since he’s way older than me, does anyone know who these extortionists are?
