I am 35 years old Male only 5 years from now i will be 40 (middle aged)

Many begun noticing that i look a lot younger than my actual age and i feel like my strength is still when i was in high school, but i think these factors might have helped me to age slower, you might find some of these as extreme or odd however they seemed to have work in my case.

* Sleep regularly around 8 hours.

* do regular exercises avoid extreme exercises such as body building because it will destroy your collagen and age your appearance faster.

* have a balance diet eat both meat and vegetables you do not need to be a vegan/vegan.

*Avoid alcoholic beverages and smoking/drugs at all cost.

*Avoid Hard Manual Labour like carpentry any job that will subject your body to extreme physical pressure.

*Avoid getting yourself exposed to the sun after 10 am.

*keep yourself hydrated on daily basis/ lessen the consumption of pepsi,coke, and the likes.

* never get married and have children if you can't handle the stress because raising children can cause a great amount of stress to your body, i follow this i do not have kids and it works for me.

*avoid dramas in your life regardless if it's outside your home or inside.

* stop hating because anger can age you faster.

* have a simple and decent life, be a minimalist as much as you can.

* avoid having debts.

* just be happy and think like a kid no problem nor issues.

* do not commit yourself to things that you will regret later on.

*Avoid having responsibilities or obligations to anyone.

Annual Physical exam

Is it true that a complete blood count test is less painful if you are properly hydrated or you have drunk a lot of water before blood is drawn from your arm?
