I’m trying to get a sense of the current timeline and movement for concurrent or subsequent I-485 filings under the EB-5 Rural targeted employment area (TEA) category.
Are any of you seeing recent I-485 approvals for rural cases? If you've had any movement lately, could you share your timeline? Specifically interested in:
• Priority Date (PD): Jan 2025 concurrent filing
• I-526E approved : July 2025
• I-485 Approval Date / Status: pending
• Service Center: csc
