Hi All,
I have been dealing with PCOS for many years now, what I see if I take care of my workout, diet (protein+fiber+complex carbs) and stress management + some supplements , the condition/symptoms are manageable but most often work, travel, life mess up with routine & also lack of discipline is there.
But What I wanted to understand is if these 3-4 things work for everyone to solve our hormonal issues(PCOS) , what is the thing which is hindering your pcos management?
I understand that there are diff types of PCOS, do the SAME technique i.e [workout, diet (protein+fiber+complex carbs) and stress management + some supplements] work for everyone? If no, then I would like to know what are diff things women do to handle/manage their PCOS.
I can think lot of women are not aware about the pcos management style that will work for them, some may not be aware about the supplements, some may be confused whether to go for BCP or homeo or something else..etc.
P.S: Lets stick to only PCOS and not other women health issues for this post.
I am thinking about developing a platform for women targeting primarily their health issues, how to handle with help of women community and known experts and professionals in the field.
Though I have plans to extend it but not at this stage.
I did a research survey with 81 women (trying to get more responses) Indian and non-Indian. Have collected some insights like how women are currently managing their problems, what problems they face, what they want from the platform, anonymity willingness etc.
Apart from such analysis, what else I should gauge from the target audience/market to increase my success rate if I launch a MVP. What METRICS I should collect to maximize my decision making to do it or not do it.
There are hardly any Indian platforms or groups where women are present and discussing such issues.
If you are a woman, can you please tell me if there any such platforms or apps which you find reallly helpful. Or you think there is not really a need for this thing at all.
PS: I am a novice in "startup" thing.

I was wondering are there any apps out there to not just track your period but also to connect with verified professionals, share recipes. Apart from reddit?
I know Flo but mostly a tracker. there are different apps & platform for different concerns. how much to install ..
I really want to connect to ppl suffering thru similar issues like insulin resistance, fatigue.
And know recipes & ideas for my meal prep ..
on youtube & insta I get distracted.. after 3 reels, I get almost a different reel..where I end up spending 30 mins (lol).
Do you guys actually log hormones , mood as well on period tracker apps. I just log my period dates.
I need breakfast options for breakfast . so tired of eating oats, and boiled eggs, omelette, besan cheela
Pls suggest something interesting and pcos friendly.

Hi All,
Would you be interested in a platform where women can discuss health-related issues openly, connect with professionals like gynecologists, nutritionists, and mental health experts, and also share recipes, home remedies, experiences, and tips with each other?
Would something like this be useful to you? What would you want to see on such a platform?
If any other aspect you would like to have , what will it be?
Hi fellow PCOS XXs ,
I was thinking if we could connect and be part of each others journey to manage this PCOS.
Help each other with staying consistent, sharing what works for us with others, do activities like hike, workout etc together. Discuss the pain & difficulties.
Make this whole journey bit less painful.
What do you say?
I'm from Bangalore.
if this idea sounds good to you, say your place name +1..
We can make a WA group or another group to connect
I have disc bulge and sciatica problem .The pain is aggravated if I sit in improper position.
Need to buy a good chair.
I'm 5'2"
I feel I don't need head rest in the chair. Does it make difference?
