Can someone please tell me if this is tongue atrophy? I don’t have this on the other side of tongue and didn’t have it till last one month

I started twitches 2 months ago and now I see this spot on my tongue that looks different than the other side. I’m so tired of these new symptoms and really freaked out. I don’t think this was there earlier. Can someone please take a look and maybe let me know if anybody’s tongue also look like this?
