I set graphics settings to the lowest possible.
Refreshed multiple times.
Still doesn't work
I can't progress the quest
I made an issue ticket but they say it might take 90 days for it to get rated but the extra rewards for exploration ends in \~40 days

Enemies reset everytime, cannot progress
Graphics:lowest possible settings
Device: windows 10 PC
They seem to only notice me in a small and specific point in the room.
Edit: The response for my ticket is ai and it gave generic things already tried
Edit 2: many saying to build characters first then try. Already on it .
Co-op is not available until the quest is complete
Many saying I wasn't even trying to fight them. You are correct, the video is to show that they keep aggrro on in a specific point in the room and they reset all the time.
Tried cloud gaming, it seems it is a design issue not internet issue.
My problem is that hoyo doesn't listen to bug reports. I had issue killing these in other places despite my low level characters
