I'm so tired of Liyue events and story. We already get a guaranteed major Liyue Lanten Rite event every year.

The event story and anecdotes are so long and yappy. Too many characters trying to take screentime and conversations are very shallow and uninteresting . Teleport here talk to these people then teleport there and listen to another near irrelevant conversation

The mini games just drag on forever and are just reskinned older games.

After the amazing Snezhnaiyan archon quest , I'm pretty much clocked out while trying to play this event. Just autoplay and skip and collect rewards. Feels like a horrible waste of time just to keep you playing and get rewards .

And guess what? In three months time... Another Liyue Lantern Rite .

Who's a character that's fallen off meta but is still your favorite?

It's Ayaka for me. She's at C2R1 and all crowned 10-10-10. I was hoping she got a Stellar Reaction buff but it's Yae and Mizuki who got it from Inazuma. She's basically overshadowed by other Cryo characters too and specially by Skirk but I just love her.

On a side note, speaking of Inazuma, I really don't like it that it feels like they are left in the ditch. I know they are on the other side of the world and not a part of the mainland but it's just sad. Inazuma is my favorite region too. What made me glad is that in the recent patch we went there for the Celestial Nail anomaly. Looking forward to exploring there again when that part of the story comes.

I cant take this about Tsaritsa design

I know Genshin designs usually arent symmetrical, but why is her fur so thin on one side? Thats all I see when I look at her, and I think it will drive me crazy if I actually pull for her. If you look at the paintings of her, the fur is fluffy and about the same size on both sides. This looks just right to me. What happend?

Took chiori cuz she is the most elegant and beautiful option. (Was a hard decision between Chiori and Chlorinde)

Genshin needs a "Functionally Illiterate" mode on kit descriptions.

I think even the most dedicated players will agree that Character Kits have become a convoluted mess. A modern character's kit reads something like:

"Tapping this character's skill will put them in the Happy Meal state. While in the Happy Meal State, each Normal Attack will generate one French Fry Stack. When the Character has 3 French Fry Stacks they enter Milkshake mode. Tapping the Skill in Milkshake Mode unleashes the McFlurry Swarm, dealing Area of Effect Oreo Damage. If the character holds their skill while in Milkshake Mode, French Fry Stacks convert to 2 All Beef Patties, allowing the character to perform the Mac Attack, doing damage to a single target. After doing the Mac Attack, no more French Fry Stacks can be generated for 6 seconds."

Translation: Skill, do 3 attacks, then Skill again for AoE or Hold Skill for a single Nuke.

Fixing these explanations would be helpful, obviously.

That said, the problem is deeper than just the excessive wall of text Hoyoverse insists on. What Hoyoverse has failed to understand is that some players are genuinely stupid.

Case in point, I was doing some Stygian co-op today. We're building Teams for a Menacing run, and I select Skirk for the Automaton. The next player selects Ayaka (fine), then the next selects Shenhe (also fine). Player 4 adds Linnea. When asked politely to swap to a Hydro Character, they asked Why, because Linnea is their strongest character. Someone said that Skirk needs just Hydro and Cryo on the Team, and their response was "Is that why my Skirk does no Damage?".

Now, I know Hoyoverse realizes that players a dumb. They put in a whole system of Auto Selecting Artifacts to keep people from putting Defense Goblets on their Mavuikas. However, they're still doing massive walls of text when many players don't even know the basics of how their own characters are played.

We need something like the Collected Miscellany videos that give foolproof descriptions on how characters are used, and then bake them into the game somehow.

Why did traveler & paimon had no reaction to tsaritsa being mother of khaenri'ah? Am i tripping was this ever told to us prior to 7.1?

Wasn't tsaritsa and rheindottir conversation the first time we learnt about this? Why was it shrugged right off as if it's common knowledge? I thought traveler and paimon would have some sort of reaction to this information but traveler straight up ignores it
