(Used memosplit and it does not work out for hell, my evernight does not do enough dmg without hyacine, but if I put hyacine with evernight, my Cassie doesn't get enough newbud to dish out enough dmg 🥀🥀)

What is even bottom 0% in 4 star luck (not that i care cuz like i got all 4 stars at e6 except sushang)😭😭😭😭😭

My 5 star luck is kind of horrid. Why can't I get e2 Evernight right now? Cuz I am f2p, I do not spend money on the game neither do i have the spare funding aha

(If i were to count the pulls i have used for my Mono-Rem team, some people might have e4s1 Cassie, e2s1 Evernight, e1s1 Hyacine and e2s1 Cyrene, but like, my luck sucks.

I started playing HSR on the 29th of Februrary 2024. (some 2.X, idk, i grabbed Dr.Ratio so aha)

What brought me into HSR? Jingliu did. I loved her design and VA and really wanted her and thus as you can see, she is my first limited 5*

Ever since Getting Jingliu, I tried pulling for her supports and in general, i saved. I saved past Firefly, Acheron, The Herta and many other great meta units releasing since then (I could never clear endgame with 3 stars, its rather 1 star or 2 stars). I never got the attraction towards any of em, and just saved my pulls till i could find the perfect character.

That's when on Amphoreous leaks, there was supposed to be a scythe wielding white haired girl that could summon a dragon. When i heard of that, just by hearing that, i fell in love lmao.

And then, I came to know Castorice and in general also love her personality and evth from the story, so even without knowing her and now knowing her she is the current reason i play HSR and 2nd is for the story aha. 3rd reason to play hsr? to gamble obviously

My luck is kind of non-existent. For the mono-rem team, i calculated, i have spent 1381 pulls to have e2s1 Cassie, e1s1 Evernight, e1s1 Hyacine and e0s1 Cyrene.

I have pulled on the fate banner as well, and lost my 50/50 to Blade. So i am gonna use the guaranteed for Rin, cuz i love her form the anime, which i completely watched on airing aha.

Right now, i am trying to get e2 evernight, not going so well, 0 pulls, 25 pity, and knowing my luck, i might as will hit 80 pity and lose the 50/50 again lmao

I am looking forward to HSRxZZZ, I will grab Ellen, can't pass up on a Shark girl aha.

Future pulls? e2 Evernight ( highly doubt i will get her in her current banner, but will i stop gambling? Nah, I'd Gamble), then e0s1 Ellen, then straight e6ing Castorice ehe

If they release a Welt sp, I WILL PULL FOR IT, Welt is THE GOAT, and waiting for that SP.

I loved the Amphoreous story, truly was peak story writing. Currently, with the whole himeko situation, this part of the story was also well written and Hsr is picking up the pace again, which is nice to see

took me a good number of re-tries, but it is completely doable with a 12 cost Castorice team.

team is: e2s1 Castorice, e1s1 Evernight, e1s1 Hyacine, e0s1 Cyrene

There is a 20% speed reduction debuff that is applied on hyacine (not hyacine specifically, but she is the fastest in the team normally), i normally have her at 208 speed with some higher hp rolled relics, but my speed was going down to like some 188 speed in battle. So i increased her speed with all my high speed relics and she was reaching 201 speed in battle (215 out battle). I also ran speed boots evernight, and it did help somewhat more than hp boots.

Some advice if you have the same amount of investment, Make sure castorice is not CC at all and cyrene as well(when she can ult). Make sure Hyacine gets CC and use the SP consumption to dispel the CC state, in this, her HP is consumed and for some reason Ica keeps taking turns and does chip dmg, and she really quickly charges new bud for Castorice. Also bounces do matter even if the before part is done correctly. All it takes is a couple retries and hope that Hyacine CC dosn't go away on 1st use of skill, when used 2-3 times, you gain alot of Newbud for Castorice.

Evernight with speed boots, helps you get that extra turn before 0 cycle ends, and can help you gain more newbud to hit the 150-200% ult state of castorice to one hit the boss (its how i did it).

Also lets not talk about the knights stages, am f2p with a hyper invested castorice team costing me 1200+ pulls (cuz i lost all 50/50 and 1 75/25 all at 75-87 pity lmao)

Also, i could retry the Evernight side to get 3 cycles, but it ain't gonna 2 cycle unless i get e2 evernight, which is a problem cuz am at 0 pity and a 50/50 for e2 evernight, cuz i lost e1 evernight 50/50 and had to pull another 76 times to get her e1 ahahahahah pein (someone please buy (donate aha) me some oneric shards so i can get e2 evernight 😭😭uid is 831880354 ehe)

So these are my builds. Rin is running on whatever I own, I am separately grinding quantum set for her, I have some mid pieces but like only head and hand piece only, so I gotta grind more. For now (might be running this for the next few patches unless I hit the gold mine) I am running whatever I have in the provided ss.

These are also the speeds and Cr:Cd for my teams. They ain't the best, but certainly not the worst....right?

I'm not looking much at the scoring, the actual team will be what Archer has in his team section.

Archer + Rin + Sparkle + DHPT

( I do have e1 Fuxuan and Gallagher, but idt they are better than DHPT )

So this is the Rin build i have made by using pieces I already own, i figured she needs 162+ speed to be tuned with my 161 speed sparkle in battle.

Idk why it is showing B-tier. At the worst i though it would show A+ or S, but B? Where the hell did I go wrong? i got her c.r, c.d, atk and speed to be tuned with sparkle for Archer....

I could run Quantum orb, but i lose out on the 10 speed, and none of my attack ropes give above 2 speed lmao.

Is my c.r too low? i get 94 aint the best, especially for a multi-hit bounce character, but it ain't *that bad* is it?

I farmed Quantum set, only to be able to get enough for my Archer, I have no spare quantum pieces, and require to piece together a decent Rin with whatever I got. I thought Scholar Set should be 2nd best in slot cuz it gives everything RIn needs as well, Ult dmg, skill dmg and soem crit rate..... am i missing something?

I was thinking how the hell am i gonna build a 3rd team. That 1st boss is not weak to anything of remembrance. I was thinking of running: Archer - Castorice - Evernight.

But I wasn't confident in my e0s1 Evernight, neither my e0s0 Archer on the boss with no quantum weakness nor follow-up/ult/sp buffs.

There was a debuff buff, and I though, I do have a debuff dps, WELT SAMA, and then, I removed tribbie from my Archer team, and gave it to welt, mind you he is not e4, he is e2 welt, and he CLEARED, I WAS HELLA SURPRISED. My welt is somehow well built becuz i used to use him for moc clearing wayyy back for the lols, and i never knew he would become my 3rd dps for clearing this type of content lmao.

Issue with me is, i have spent around 1080ish pulls on mono-rem just to have e2s1 Castorice, e0s01 Evernight, e1s1 Hyacine and e0s0 Cyrene (i got hella unlucky, 0 50/50 wins and 0 75/25 wins)

Been playing the game since the 29th of feb 2024 (2 years) and I normally never spend money on any vid games. This is the first time I have spent money on a vid game, and it was 1000% worth the money. Anyone who is thinking about getting this skin, should get it within its discount period.

Hope everyone who wanted this skin, would have gotten it till now, or get it within its discount period, All hail Castorice.

I own Cerydra, I pulled for her cuz I love her design, character and story. I pulled her knowing she was made for Phainon/Anaxa and I have no regret even though I own neither of them. I do not own mydei and I sometimes use her with my Archer for the sake of using her.

I feel like, as a 5* Harmony unit, she is very underwhelming who gets beat in many aspects and is very half-baked. (might be because my cerydra is built bad? i don't think so, but yeah)

All I am is just a tad bit confused about her kit and what she could've been.

She is a skill-atk buff unit that buffs skill dmg and does a copy of that skill after reaching 6 stacks. But she has really high self-dmg multipliers that do jack-shit cuz she literally only damages once, and thats during her ult. Her other instances of dmg, where she deals a bit of dmg from the buffed ally is very little and doesn't make sense to have such high self crit dmg multipliers :/

Her buffs as a harmony unit is very less as compared to her competition and even her "skill dmg buff" does not outclass other harmony units that can buff most units just universally, ex- Ruanmei, Tribbie and all. For me, my e1s1 ruan mei, tends to be better than my e0s0 Cerydra for archer. Ruanmei is as old as a universal support as it gets. Hell even Welt at e4 is better than my girl😭😭(in a sustain-less team cuz of his action delay)

In one talent she does not pull up the character but gives her and the selected ally a 20speed buff, which is aight ig, its and alright talent, no complaints, its fine.

Her talent, where only once instance of ult used by selected ally provides one military merit only once throughout the match is something i find extremely dumb and it can only be used by Phainon backed up by Cyrene who won't be ulting often. -> weird talent which is very unviable :/

Why does she have such high dmg multipliers and self buffs if she has no source of dmg? if she had follow-up attacks like tribbie, it would have made sense. I feel like she got the Jiaoqiu treatment for Acheron. Literally can barely exist in any other team than Phainon and Anaxa (that too tribbie is better depending upon the team), when used otherwise, is just one of the worser options with wayy better alternatives. Even if the dps is 100% reliant on their skill, like archer - who still benefits more from tribbie, who is an aoe dmg buffer, and still does better than Cerydra for a single target-attacker unit like Archer who does only skill dmg.

Her e1 is just for Phainon with providing 2 energy, but the def by-pass is pretty good.

I just feel like, she could've been a good unit if they made her a sub-dps where like every 2 stacks of military merit obtained, she does a follow-up atk, and also her buffs on the ally increases by every singular increase in Merit points where once it reaches 6 stacks, the normal skill used does alot more dmg and all. If she follow such a route, her dmg multipliers wouldn't be a waste and also her "Harmony" aspect of buffing characters wouldn't be soo underwhelming.

Harmony characters that are released for a niche should be doing the best job in that niche, is what i believe. Ruanmei in breaking and break teams was undisputed, but as time came by, she got powercrept-> to be expected of an old unit but she still pushes through -> unliek cerydra who is a newer unit and worser :CC

I hope they are able to fix her kit in the future with a GOOD novaflare, as i love her. I will be pulling for her LC in the future so she can become somewhat more viable.
