Cat in the hat from Wexford allegedly in Waterford
Photos are circulating of the cat in the hat man who has been in Wexford being in certain areas of waterford be warned just incase but if you see him give him a right baiting and call the guardi in my opinion if it’s true this is very creepy and he needs to be put in his place.
