Cheap

Can we just admit that we work for the cheapest mainstream company ever? They cut massive amounts of hours, food is poor quality, packaging is poor quality, store facilities are cheap, hire the cheapest laborers to fix things that never get fixed, let harassement get swept under the rug. Somehow they manage to be ranked as a great place to work and one of the best stores to shop at? They recycle people like newspaper and the list goes on… the only thing that makes Trader Joe’s good is the optimistic, friendly people they hire. The rest of the company hides. Despite the massive shortcuts this company takes it does not reflect in wages and they are so quick to recycle anyone for a new person that can put product out and give them beginning wages. They have nothing on Costco, Walmart or target. They just rely on their image and ride that into the sunset.
