I (27M) had a breakup a week ago. I thought she was the love of my life. We were in a relationship for about 4 years. Our relationship was kind of a secret because she said she liked it that way but recently we found out our gotra is same and we broke up.

Without her even breathing feels difficult. I can't even sleep at night and get constant thought of ki**ing myself. I can't even share my feelings with someone. I don't know what to do the tears are not stopping even breathing feels difficult.
