Terrible sleep conditions

My house is almost always at least 70 Fahrenheit and my spring bed has divots everywhere, I can’t sleep properly, just trying to sleep on my bed hurts my back, even just laying on it, scoliosis runs in my family so I’m worried. For the heat part, I always feel too warm, but need blankets to feel comfortable and safe, though even without them I find myself hot. Eventually I pass out and get about 12 hours of sleep, but its a terrible fate right now. Is there anything I can do to help myself go to sleep even with these challenge?
