Dealer oil change gone bad.
Was at the dealership getting oil and tires rotated... On the drive home, I could smell oil. I needed gas, so after 10 miles, I pulled over to fill up. I noticed the truck smoking. Looked under the truck and the entire undercarriage was covered in oil. Service center sent a flatbed and it is back at the dealership. Nothing on the dipstick. Dealer claims a bad oring. Dealer is rushing to return the vehicle claiming no damage. My 36k mile warranty expires in 6 months. I opened a ticket with Toyota corporate and have since refused delivery. What are my next steps? Does this happen often?
