PSA: One package, two submissions
Looking to check if I should be worried based on anyone's experience with PSA submissions:
I sent a package containing two submissions, on May 15th.
Stack 1 : 35 cards
Stack 2 : 1 card
Difference was the service level.
Upon being delivered, a few days later, I can see that the STACK 2 (faster turnaround) was already received as Order Prep and as of now its in grading.
However the Stack 1 (Value Bulk) has not shown in the app, not even as Order Prep. I thought since it was one package, it would've been logged into the system both at the same time.
In my account -> Submissions, it shows as Received (I would guess for both submissions ID).
But only one currently shows in my app, even though both were in the same package.
Question is: am I cooked with the stack #1?
