Snack ideas
Hey everyone! I’m letting this snack idea here
It’s so simple and fast to do it:
- 4 egg whites (I bought them pasteurized)
- My favorite natural toppings (just pepper, sesame, oregano 🌿)
- One veggies and rice tortilla
- 2 spoons of skyr yogurt
- Blueberries 🫐
It truly gets me satiated for hours, sometimes I switch skyr yogurt for sliced cheese or ricotta, quite times I add peanut butter and honey, depends on the day
The egg whites alone are only 60 kcal with 15g of protein 🙌🏻 making it a rich protein snack plus low calorie!
