Frontdesk
Is there anyone here who can tell me what the experience is like working at Hilton as a front desk agent?
Here’s mine:
I’ve been working at a Hilton Garden Inn for more than 3 years. I really enjoy interacting with guests, especially tourists, because you get to meet people from different countries and cultures every day.
The job definitely gives you experience and opportunities to improve your communication and problem-solving skills. However, at least here in Italy, I feel like there isn’t much career growth or many opportunities for promotion in this position.
Sometimes the workload and dealing with difficult guests can also be stressful, especially during busy seasons, but overall I still enjoy the hospitality environment.
