Received Fujifilm X100VI by Accident (?) (instead of Canon G7X viii)
I paid way too much ($990) for a Canon G7X iii that my wife really wanted from a regional camera dealer. Shipping was supposed to be 3-5 days. I checked in with the owner every week for almost a month only for him to tell me every week that it would ship "next week". When I called the store directly the employees acted confused and said that they didn't have any G7X's in stock and didn't know when they'd get them.
After almost a month I finally received a camera, except instead of a G7X, it was a Fujifilm X100VI. Should I just keep it, or should I complain and try to get back the G7X? Part of me feels like this was no accident and that the owner knew he wouldn't get a G7X any time soon and just sent me a "better camera". I know I don't have a legal obligation to return it, but I'm also not sure if this will fit the portability / convenience niche that my wife wants.
Thoughts?
