I just got my brand new HP 35 L desktop and one of the top fans doesn't have an rgb connector?

For more context all the components work including the fan with no rgb, but the right top fan has no rgb.

I took off the back panel and found that there was no rgb connector connected to the rgb lighting board, and I wasn't able to find one at least on the back portion.

I'm confused did HP ship me a prebuilt with just 1 top fan with an RGB Connector?
