I work night shift and take care of our child during the day, so I'm basically running on very little sleep. I still try to do everything around the house and make time for whatever needs to be done, but my wife keeps saying I'm not intimate enough.
From my side, it's not that I don't want her - I'm just tired in a way that's hard to explain. Between work, childcare, and trying to keep the house running, I feel like I'm stretched thin. She feels neglected, and I feel overwhelmed.
I'm not sure how to balance being a present partner while also being the one holding everything together. Has anyone been through something similar? How did you handle the intimacy vs. exhaustion issue?
