I recently moved to another device since my other one has a broken screen and repairing it is hella expensive i also didn't managed to backup anything from my old device because it had password so like yeah i pretty much lost a lot my emails that we're connected to th and other important stuff, it took me a month to earn money to pay a technician to move the memory to my new device, now that I've managed to recover everything, i logged backed into th andd i saw my account was banned for fraud and not completing the commissions, so i supposed my buyers thought that i might have scammed them and reported me soo i don't know how to reach those buyers anymore because i don't remember the users and i wanted to update them that i finished the commissions and just got delayed because my device screen was broken
I want to know if there's anyway to contact support because theres literally no option to contact support on the website when ur banned and i wanna get help because of the misunderstanding 💔 idk if I'd be able to create an alt since im banned and the alt might get banned ;_;
