Going back to 9mg

After 3 weeks on 25 mg I’ve come to the conclusion that it’s too intense of a dose for me. Am I losing? Absolutely, 2-3 lbs a week. But it’s coming at a cost of my protein goals and overall quality of life. At the lower dose of 9 mg I was losing about 1 lb a week which before being on these pills was not the case. It may seem slow for someone with so much to lose (My highest weight is 321) but I truly believe that I would be pushing 350 had I not gone on this med.

But the side effects on 25 have been too much. Nausea, vomiting and the “sun burn” effect have kept me from being able to enjoy my success. I’d rather lose slower and enjoy the process.

We are often encouraged to push for results above everything else but I’m looking to be healthy, not
get skinny as fast as possible.

Since starting on 25 mg about 9 days ago, I often struggle to get 100 grams a day. I eat all food groups and make a point to eat fruits and veggies for the fiber but sometimes I end up with a full stomach before I get my protein in. I suppose i should eat protein first but then I worry about nutrient deficiencies. If anyone has tips I would appreciate it.
