Hi folks,

I play age of wonders since a couple of years (hotseat coop with a friend) but never really utilized terraforming. I'm planning to do a nomad run next time and now have a question: the tome of the sandstalker has a terraforming spell. Can I use this on any hex? For example on an enemy army before attacking to utilize the dunestalker race transformation in combat? Or am I limited to my citys which would make the race transformation much less valuable?
