Me again. lol.
I just watched the Chappy’s episode and I know there is another post in regard to the restaurant already, but I have a more broad question.

Chappy clearly didn’t want to be on the show or receive any advice, so why did he apply to be on the show, this goes for other owners too. Do their families force them into it?

Chappy changed everything back within weeks of the show, so why did he waste the time and embarrassment?

I’ve been watching at random, for the first time watch through, and I feel like every single episode is an Italian restaurant. What’s the deal
