Hey guys, My longest streak is 24 days, but I can't even go 10 days anymore. I always relapse on day 7. Any tips managing urges and what to actually do when the urges hit or do you guys use any blockers or anything. Everytime I promise myself this is the last time and when the urges actually hit I forget everything. Any tips??

This is my first post on reddit. I am currently on SR but it leaks sometimes even during the day. Not facing nocturnal emissions. I am currently traveling so I can't do workout or anything to transmute this energy upwards. Any advice guys ??
