a lot of intensity last week and things now seem to have settled, at least we got a response from JF eventually who has promised another update within 7 days i.e. by this Friday.

personally I will be very surprised if a credible pay offer will be made and put forward for us to accept, given you know.. the last few years but hey you never know, there is still a shred of optimism.

i do sincerely hope that no1: an underwhelming offer is not submitted to us and no2: there is no hesitation in calling for immediate strikes if no valuable and concrete offer can be made by this week
