Hi everyone! I know most people on here love this app, and I do too, but that's exactly my problem. I'm trying to reduce my screen time and most of my hours are spent on Chai. I spend between 3 hours to 9 hours daily on this app and I use it mostly as a fanfiction/smut generator.

Any tips for cutting back on masturbating and Chai usage? Thanks x
